Sure pricing with
no surprises.
A free demo to decide with. One price to own the platform for good. One optional retainer if you want us to keep building with you. That's the whole pricing page.
Two ways to run it.
We host it and you try it free, or you host it and own it outright. Same platform either way.
Start free. Pay yearly when it is doing the job.
No card to start. Your own instance with your own data, not a sandbox, so if you keep it nothing has to be migrated. We look at every request before switching one on, which usually takes a working day.

Still the cheap option.
Enterprise maritime software rarely publishes its pricing, since most of it is quoted deal by deal. Here is the typical range that shows up in public information across five systems still selling into this market.
CargoWise
Roughly $5,000 to $50,000 or more a month depending on volume, plus implementation typically running $200,000 to $2,000,000 or more.
Veson Nautical
Typically $100,000 to $500,000 or more a year, quoted per client.
MariApps
Custom pricing, typically in the mid to high five figures a year.
Dataloy
Custom quote. No public pricing available.
ShipManager
Often $50,000 to $300,000 or more a year.
Every system above bills every year, for as long as you use it. All-in-One is $50,000, once. It is the only number on this page that stops.
Two payments. Six months covered.
The retainer runs a minimum of 6 months, billed 3 months in advance. Click a month to see what it covers.
Month 1 is billed $7,500, covering months 1 to 3. The same amount is billed again in Month 4, covering months 4 to 6.
Dedicated response on business days. Development hours allocated per sprint, agreed at the start.
What each tier actually gets you.
The retainer is not a replacement for All-in-One. It's what you add once you already own the platform and want us building alongside you.

About the numbers, honestly.
Is the demo really free, no catch?
Yes. It's a live session with the team that built the platform. There's no time limit on deciding, and no card is ever asked for.
The demo is how the on-premises licence is sold, because installing a platform on somebody's own servers is a conversation, not a checkout. If you want the hosted version, you don't need to wait for us at all: start a trial and it is running in minutes.
Hosted or on-premises: which should we take?
If you want to be running this week and would rather not think about servers, take the hosted one. Start a trial, keep it if it does the job, and we handle the backups, the patching and the uptime.
If your cargo, your rates and your customers' details are not going on somebody else's machine, take All-in-One. You get the licence, it runs on your infrastructure, and you own it. That is a legitimate requirement and we have not tried to price anybody out of it.
The platform is the same either way. What differs is who runs the server and how you pay.
We bought All-in-One but have nowhere to run it.
Then we will run it for you, on AWS, Google Cloud or a hosting partner, in your account or ours. It is quoted against your fleet and your region rather than listed, because the cost is mostly infrastructure and that depends on how much history you keep and which country the data has to stay in.
It stays your licence and your database. Cancel the hosting and you take the server with you. You are paying somebody to run a machine, not renting the software back.
What exactly do we get for the All-in-One price?
The full platform, installed on your own servers under your own domains: 3 domain-bound licenses covering development, staging and live. Every module is unlocked from day one, business provisioning and data seeding are included, and so are two training sessions and six months of free maintenance. It's a one-time payment, and it stays one: the hosted subscription is a different way to buy, not a replacement for this one.
Do we have to take the retainer?
No. It's entirely optional. The six months of free maintenance that come with All-in-One already cover bug fixes, security patches and support. The retainer is only for clients who want new features, integrations or custom development on an ongoing basis.
Why is the retainer billed 3 months in advance?
It reflects the minimum 6-month engagement: two advance payments, one at the start and one at month 4, each covering a 3-month block. It's also what lets us keep dedicated development capacity allocated to your account rather than shared across a queue.
What happens after the first 6 months of free maintenance end?
Your platform keeps running exactly as it did. Nothing expires and your data doesn't move. If you want continued cover and active development, that's the retainer. If you're happy as-is, you're happy as-is.
Can we end the retainer if it's not working out?
Yes, after the initial 6-month minimum, with 30 days' written notice. Scope can also flex mid-contract, additional hours or adjusted priorities, agreed in writing with both sides.
Are these prices inclusive of tax?
The figures above are the package and retainer fees themselves. Any applicable local taxes are confirmed and documented during your private demo, so there's nothing hidden by the time you sign anything.
Can the All-in-One price be paid in installments?
It's structured as a one-time lifetime payment. If your situation needs a different structure, raise it during your private demo. It's a conversation worth having before anything is finalized, not after.
